Esta inusual excursión por la región de Salta, situada en el norte de Argentina, incluye maravillas geológicas, paisajes espectaculares y unos vinos exquisitos.
Nuestro viaje comienza en Salta, desde donde iremos hacia el sur por la Ruta 68, atravesando el impresionante valle de Lerma y sus ciudades históricas. Después, la carretera nos llevará hasta la extraordinaria Quebrada de las Conchas, donde la erosión producida por el viento y el agua ha esculpido formas increíbles en las rocas. Algunos de los curiosos nombres con que han bautizado estas formaciones son el Anfiteatro, la Garganta del Diablo, el Sapo, y el Castillo, pero ninguno de ellos evoca la verdadera grandeza de estas formas.
La siguiente parada es la ciudad de Cafayate, una de las principales áreas de producción vinícola en toda la región y sitio donde se elabora el famoso vino Torrontés. El clima y el campo de cultivo de esta región posee unas características únicas que contribuyen al carácter tan especial de estos vinos, y en esta excursión tendrás oportunidad de visitar algunas de las numerosas bodegas de la ciudad e incluso hacer una cata de sus vinos. Tras el almuerzo volveremos a Salta atravesando la Quebrada de las Conchas y el valle de Lerma.

Una visita a San Antonio de los Cobres es más que una excursión a una antigua ciudad minera en el lejano oeste argentino; se trata de un viaje de descubrimiento que incluye algunos de los paisajes más sobrecogedores del país. Este recorrido de un día de duración se distingue por una serie de atracciones tan variadas como enormes viaductos ferroviarios, gigantescos cactus, lejanas aldeas, majestuosas montañas y museos arqueológicos.
Partiremos de Sala por la ruta que trascurre paralela al famoso servicio ferroviario argentino “Tren a las Nubes”. A medida que nos acerquemos a Quebrada del Toro, el paisaje irá cambiando y la densa vegetación dará paso a terrenos más áridos salpicados por cardones, la mayor especie de cactus, de la que se han registrado datos de crecimiento de hasta casi 20 metros de altura. Contempla los imponentes viaductos y puentes del “Tren a las Nubes” como El Toro, Alisal y Chorrillo.
Pasaremos junto a pequeños caseríos de montaña como El Candado, El Gólgota y Alfarcito, en los que encontraremos blancas iglesias coloniales y antiguos edificios de adobe que acogen a pequeñas comunidades granjeras. Llegaremos después a Santa Rosa de Tastil, donde visitaremos el museo arqueológico y las antiguas ruinas pre-incas, en las que todavía hoy en día pueden distinguirse claramente viviendas y calles. Continuaremos, después hacia la Finca La Encrucijada, ascenderemos la Cuesta de Muñano y llegaremos a Abra Blanca, a más de 4.000 metros sobre el nivel del mar, donde el aire cuenta con tan poco oxígeno que sus habitantes han ido evolucionando acabando con la mayor capacidad pulmonar del mundo. Para finalizar, haremos una última parada en la pequeña localidad minera de San Antonio de los Cobres, donde visitaremos el Viaducto La Polvorilla, una increíble estructura de vigas de acero que se eleva a 63 metros de altura sobre el valle.
Con su gran cantidad de lagos, lagunas, cascadas, ríos, bosques, montañas y glaciares, el Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego puede presumir de contar con algunos de los paisajes naturales más espectaculares del mundo. Descúbrelos en un apasionante tour de medio día.

La excursión sale de la capital regional, Ushuaia, y se dirige al suroeste en dirección al parque, que está a tan sólo 11 km de distancia. Al salir de la ciudad la carretera pasa por las faldas del Monte Susana, donde se puede ver el lugar donde trabajaban los prisioneros de la antigua Colonia Penal. Ese es el punto de partida del Ferrocarril Austral Fueguino y hay allí una parada para una excursión opcional.
Pasando a través de un valle impresionante, el recorrido continúa hacia la Bahía Ensenada, con sus impresionantes vistas de las islas Redonda y Estorbo y, al otro lado del Canal de Beagle, de las montañas nevadas de la Cadena Sampaio, en el lado chileno de la frontera.
Volviendo a la carretera principal, la excursión pasa por hábitats forestales indígenas con una gran riqueza de flora y fauna visibles desde la carretera, antes de llegar al Lago Roca, donde se puede pasear a lo largo del hermoso río Lapataia. Rumbo hacia el otro extremo del parque, nuestra ruta pasa por las Lagunas Verde y Negra, a través de unos espectaculares diques construidos por castores, antes de llegar por fin al final de la carretera en la Bahía Lapataia.
Experience a different journey, different tour by the great Tierra Mayor Valley. Begin the journey on sleds pulled by Huskies, after crossing the valley we go through the forest by a logger road, in the middle of this ancient forest lenga Torchholder we arrive at the shelter (small log cabin heated with wood).
We say goodbye to the Huskies and our guide will help us fitting the snowshoes (without them we could not walk due to the thickness of the snow, which normally reaches one meter), the objective: Waterfall Ice Alvear and Valley Overlook, the return to shelter is faster and more fun as it is downhill and culminates in the shelter of Torchholder. Recover energy in the shelter with a hot chocolate. From the shelter of the woodcutter we will return to Tierra Mayor Valley walking with snowshoes.

In this bike tour, tour the north of the city, passing through the neighborhoods of Palermo, Recoleta Barrio Norte, Puerto Madero and Monserat. You will cycle in the largest parks in the city and in the most exclusive neighborhoods. After meeting your guide in the neightborhood of San Telmo, listen to a quick safety briefing before receiving your bike (a comfy beach cruiser) and helmet. Start the tour at the newest neighborhood in the city: Puerto Madero. It is the most visited by locals and tourists. His old Docks are now recycled into restaurants, lofts and offices, with the best view of the city and the Rio de La Plata.
Next, ride into the exclusive Barrio Norte, where you can see palecetes of beautiful architecture, that belong to the aristocratic families and embassies. Then you reach the neighborhood of Recoleta, reconicido by its French style buildings, parks and outdoor cafes. Reach the Recoleta Cemetery, one of the most famous in the world for its distinctive architecture and for conserving the remains of Eva Peron, among others personalities in Argentina's history.
Then head toward the district of Palermo – Buenos Aires’ largest neighborhood. Pedal to Palermo Woods, the city’s largest park, where you can admire its rose garden with more than 400 rose bushes. See more of the park’s sights, including the Buenos Aires Zoo, the Botánical Garden, Plaza Italia, Galileo Galilei Planetarium and the Spaniard’s Monument.
Throughout your tour, your entertaining and informative guide will regale you with fun facts about Buenos Aires’ rich history and provide commentary about the sites you’re passing. You’ll also break periodically to stretch your legs and take photos, ending your tour at the same meeting point.
We will depart to live an unforgettable day of adventure in the Precordillera of Mendoza, Potrerillos Valley, where we will enjoy the open air and nature. During the morning there is one suggested half day activity: Rafting / Canopy / Trekking or Mountain Biking.

Rafting.
In Mendoza there are so many ways to be connected with the water of the Andes. We offer rafting trips throughout the year for the adventurer looking for difficulty class III+. All of the activities are upstream of Potrerillos Dam and Reservoir.
The trips are run by our river guides with international experience and swift water rescue certificates. Safety kayakers join the group for additional support. All paddlers will be equipped with life jackets (pfd), wetsuits, splash jackets, river booties and helmet.
Trekking with Rappel.
When you really want to learn about a place, to travel on foot is the best option. Whether you're trekking on the High Andes or lower foothills, hiking brings you close to the land. Full or half day trips introduce you to the native flora, fresh smell of “jarrilla” and incredible mountain views. The adventurers can enjoy rappelling near a waterfall.
Zipline.
Flying through the air suspended from a steel cable is a pure adrenaline experience, and the most exciting new extreme sport in Potrerillos. Zipline Circuits, Base and Adrenaline have been carefully designed, engineered constructed and inspected to maximize and ensure your safety.
Experience the rush and listen to the cable sing as we guide you over 1500 meters (5000 feet) on 6 different zipline cables, some over 40 meters (130 feet) above the Valley floor. Our longest cable stretches over 450 meters (1500 feet) crossing the Mendoza River.
Mountain bike .
Adventure is everywhere in the Potrerillos Valley and exploring the area on bike is a perfect escape. Enjoy biking on well-equipped mountain bikes through the desert back roads and trails of the Andes. Half day trips get you riding downhill and cross country with our guides, all year round.

Start this enchanting journey with nature from Puerto Pañuelo, enjoy the charming sailing experience surrounded by a picturesque landscape of snowy mountains and lush, wild forests. Admire the refreshing, clear waters of the alluring Lake Nahuel Huapi as we gently make our way to Victoria Island.
At Victoria Island, you will be able to relax and explore the reserve of native animals, such as their exotic red deer and golden pheasants, and feel at one with nature. Take note of the homely, warm lodge that gives life and character to the little island.
Afterwards, the tour continues up to Quetrihue peninsula, with its famous myrtle forest, unique and extraordinary due to its size and density. Sail away and leave your worries ashore as the boat gently rides over the rolling waves. Sailing West down the long narrow Blest Arm, surrounded by lush, green vegetation and wildlife, dominated by Mount Capilla and Mount Millagueo, two monstrous creations of nature adding to the natural environment around you. Pass-by the resting place of the great explorer and expert, Perito Francisco P. Moreno, buried on Centinela Island.
After an hour of tranquil floating through the waters, the boat arrives at Cántaros port, in the middle of the Valdivian rainforest. Be enchanted as you explore the magical, leafy green forest and follow the nature trail up to Lake Los Cántaros. Admire the natural paradise in front of you as the lake crashes down into a furiously wonderful waterfall and observe the fresh water streaming down the rocks. Once back on the boat, the journey leads us to Puerto Blest where we will once again disembark.
For those that have selected the optional trip to Lake Frías, you’re journey continues by bus to the stunning Puerto Alegre then hop aboard the boat again to sail through the crystal clear waters and rainforest surroundings and excellent views of the white peak of Mount Tronador until we arrive at Puerto Frías, extremely close to the Chile border. Take some time for yourself here, go ashore and lose yourself to the natural world around you and ponder the best that Mother Nature has to offer!
