After being given some interesting information about dolphins, you will have an amazing encounter as you enter the world of these gentle dolphins. They will give you a kiss and allow you to caress them while standing in knee deep water. This adventure is best for those who are not comfortable swimming in the sea and the very young. This extraordinary day begins with a journey along the North Coast towards to resort town of Ocho Rios, once a small fishing village but now a bustling resort town. Here you will visit the world famous Dunn's River Falls, with the help of your guide, you’ll climb 600 feet to the top of this magnificent waterfall that’s tiered like a wedding cake. Stop for a swim in the refreshing rock pools. With the help of your guide, it will be an easy climb that everyone can enjoy! After the falls, you’ll have a tour of the town of Ocho Rios with a stop for souvenir shopping and to enjoy a typical Jamaican lunch. Next you’ll head off on a drive through small market towns and hills to 9 Mile, the birth and final resting place of reggae superstar Bob Marley. Hear the story of his childhood and rise to stardom.
After leaving Nine Miles, you will journey back down towards the coast; there will be a stop for a local Jamaican dinner followed by a trip to the Luminous Lagoon. Here you will board the boat that will take you across the lagoon whose waters are inhabited by microscopic organisms that emit a phosphorescent light when the water is agitated. The boat will stop where you will have the opportunity to swim in the shallow waters and watch your body glow!
