A market that comes alive well before dawn, Tsukiji Fish Market is a focal point of activity even before the sun comes up. We visit the Outer Market, through the many bustling shops with items lining market stalls all for restaurants as they prepare fresh ingredients for the day's menu. The market boasts many specialty shops selling seafood and fish eggs as well as kombu (seaweed), dried bonito, groceries, delicacies and more.
Next it’s time for your sushi-making workshop where you can learn how to prepare the perfect roll using seasonal seafood ingredients. Led by a sushi chef, participants can enjoy a fun and hands-on approach to making perfect sushi. What’s more, at the end of the workshop you can taste your own works of sushi art!

Others: Public transportation will be used to move around on this tour. Tsukiji New Market (the inside market) will not be visited on this tour. Please note the tuna auctions will also not be visited on this tour. Please note that the sushi-making workshop may be conducted along with other groups. Lunch will be the sushi made at the sushi experience. Please understand that there is no vegetarian option available and food allergy requests cannot be accommodated.
