Tahtali Aerial Cableway

Start the day with a liberating journey through nature! This cable car is 4,350 metres long, making it the longest of its kind in Europe and the 2nd longest in the World! Whilst ascending take in the beautiful views of the Olympos-Beydaglari National Park before reaching the snow peaked summit of Mount Tahtali, standing a staggering 2,365m above sea level; you will feel on top of the world. The summit station has patios and viewing platforms and is truly enchanting. Enjoy the precious 360º panoramic views and discover the surrounding areas.

The ascent to the top takes 15 minutes, then you will have thirty minutes to admire the views and explore the summit station, then the return journey down takes only ten minutes. Having worked up an appetite, a delicious lunch will be provided!

Exploring Phaselis

Back at sea-level wander into a time of pirates and ancient Lycians as you unravel the history behind the town of Phaselis which was founded in the 7th Century, once an extremely important harbour town but now it proudly displays its history for all to see and enjoy. Stop to take in the ancient shops, Roman baths, the ruins, the theatres and agoras, and not to forget the quaint water canals. Definitely a perfect day to enrich yourself with local culture and grasp a real sense of the history of a beautiful harbor.
